Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Expedited Shipping (US): 3-5 business days — $9.99

• International Shipping: 10-21 business days — Calculated at checkout

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@theradiancerituals.com

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist.

 

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.
